Attend the <a href=\"https:\/\/news.syr.edu\/blog\/2019\/02\/06\/intra-university-transfer-fair-to-be-held-feb-19\/\">Intra-University Transfer Fair<\/a> on Tuesday, Feb. 19 (11 a.m. &#8211; 4 p.m., Schine Atrium).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s an Intra-University Transfer? Yes, we know. It doesn&#8217;t quite roll off the tongue. That&#8217;s the official name for switching schools\/colleges at SU. The fair will include reps from all the schools\/colleges, and you can talk to advisors about majors and minors and what you may need to do transfer. Keep in mind, each school\/college has different requirements and deadlines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Talk to your academic advisor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your home school or college&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/registrar.syr.edu\/students\/registration\/advising-offices\/\">advising office<\/a> can help answer your questions about switching majors within your school\/college or connect you to resources to transfer to another school\/college at SU.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Consider a minor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re not sure about taking on a different major now, consider adding a minor to your academic repertoire. There are\u00a0literally 100 minors to choose from!
