After kicking off the spring 2022 semester with the highly engaging , the Women in Leadership Initiative announces another program offering this spring.
Leadership experts Amy P. Kelly (left) and Jack Slavinski will facilitate the Resilient Leadership and Change program on campus beginning this month.
The Resilient Leadership and Change program is designed to help participants cultivate positive mindset practices, strengthen emotional intelligence and communicate with agility. With input from members of the Women in Leadership Steering Committee, leadership experts, and customized a four-part workshop to engage and support Â鶹ƵµÀUniversity faculty and staff. The session topics are as follows:
