Money article titled “.” Dorfman, who specializes health and employment law, says that the indefinite nature of United Airline’s vaccine mandate for employees may not hold up in court. “If I were to advise United, I would just do it year by year, or for six months,” Dorfman said, as a judge may find longer terms to be unreasonable.
