Submit Proof of Your Flu Vaccination Before Classes Start (New and transfer students)

Dear Students:

We look forward to formally welcoming you to the Orange family when you arrive on campus next month. As you make plans to travel to Syracuse, we want to share an important public health reminder.

As part of our comprehensive public health strategy, all students must receive a flu shot. If you haven’t received a flu shot yet, please do so as soon as possible. And, once you have, upload proof of vaccination in the . Until you receive a flu shot and submit proof of vaccination, you will not be able to:

  • Attend in-person classes.
  • Participate in on-campus activities.
  • Use on-campus facilities, including residence halls, the Barnes Center, libraries and labs.

Getting a flu shot is quick and easy, and the best way to protect yourself and those around you from the flu virus. You can get one at your doctor’s office or at a local grocery store or pharmacy.
