Levy Professor of Law and Faculty Director of Online Education at the College of Law, co-authored a commentary for The Hill titled “” The opinion piece addresses the extreme rise in average temperature throughout the country during the summer, especially in sunbelt regions. Rising temperatures are a major climate issue generally, but they also pose added threat to the elderly who are more susceptible to the effects than others.
