David Driesen, University Professor at the College of Law, co-wrote a commentary for The Hill entitled “” Driesen, an expert on constitutional law, says that the effects of the pandemic and the mismanagement of the United States Postal Service are a threat to the upcoming election. To remedy this, Driesen argues that “private business firms should volunteer to help to overcome these challenges to ensure fair and free elections in November.”
