One of the most powerful steps you can take to improve your health, boost energy levels and prevent chronic diseases is to move to a plant-based diet. The “Plant-Powered Eating for Optimal Health” workshop will focus on the principles and benefits of a whole-foods, plant-based approach to eating, as well as tips and strategies for getting started. Each session will include plant-based food samples and one plant-based diet cookbook will be given away at each workshop!
Sessions will be held on Monday, Oct. 14, from 12:30-1:15 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 15, from noon-12:45 p.m. and Thursday, Oct. 17, from noon-12:45 p.m. Choose one of three convenient locations across campus that works for you.Â
