Wellness programs are coming to a location near you. With wellness programs in high demand and attendance steadily increasing, programming will expand to five convenient campus locations beginning this fall.
Based on input from the faculty and staff wellness survey, Wellness Initiative programming will be offered at multiple Main Campus locations as well as on South Campus.
Programming at new campus locations includes the following:
“Offering an expanded schedule provides more options for faculty and staff participation in our wellness programs. We hope these enhancements provide individuals some flexibility to make changes and choices that lead to a balanced and healthy lifestyle. We continue to partner with to build excitement, spread the word, and help to create a healthier campus community,” says Gail Grozalis, executive director of wellness for faculty and staff.
