has earned a #23 ranking on  list naming the top 25 online MBA programs for 2018, accessible at .

The online MBA program, delivered in partnership with  (NASDAQ: TWOU), includes live weekly classes taught by  award-winning faculty.

Between classes, students also engage in immersive course content developed by Whitman faculty, from documentary-style lessons to video case studies to interactive learning tools. Course content is designed to raise questions, describe theories and inspire ideas for later discussion. Students also attend multi-day domestic and international residencies providing them with the tangible experience and real-world connections they need to succeed in today’s competitive business environment.

The Princeton Review’s list is the company’s third annual ranking of online MBA programs that is based on both surveys of administrators at the schools and students enrolled in the schools’ online MBA programs.

The Princeton Review chose the schools for the list based on its surveys in 2016-2017 of 75 institutions offering online MBAs and of about 4,300 students enrolled in the online MBA programs. Data points were weighted in more than 60 unique fields to tally the final list. Criteria focused on five areas: academics, selectivity, faculty, technical platforms and career outcomes.

“We’re pleased to maintain our distinction as a top 25 online MBA program,” says Don Harter, associate dean for master’s programs at the Whitman School of Management. “We have a long history of providing a robust MBA curriculum combined with innovative technology to deliver the program anywhere in the world. While our students ‘bleed orange,’ they can experience 鶹Ƶwhere they are, providing them the opportunity to learn from our on-campus, experienced faculty in a way that works best for them.”

The Princeton Review’s website feature, Best Business Schools 2018, offers in-depth profiles of the top 25 online MBA programs. In the MBA@鶹Ƶprofile, the Princeton Review cites the program’s “fantastic residencies,” and quotes MBA@鶹Ƶstudents who explain, “These [] are the best part of the program. You are required to take three but most students take more.”

“We strongly recommend 鶹ƵUniversity’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management as an outstanding choice for anyone considering an online MBA,” says Robert Franek, Princeton Review editor-in-chief. “Its program is exceptionally strong both academically and in the many ways it maximizes technology that enables students to interact with and learn from its superlative faculty and students all over the world.”

Franek notes the deep satisfaction that Whitman School students the company surveyed and students at other top schools on the 2018 list reported about their online programs: “Ninety-nine percent told us they believe their online MBA will have a positive impact on their careers.”

The Princeton Review explains the methodology for its business school ranking lists at .

The company is also known for its annual rankings of graduate and undergraduate schools offering the , which lists Syracuse’s Whitman School at #17, and its annual rankings of colleges in dozens of categories it reports in its books.
