The annual Mayfest event is Friday, April 28, at Walnut Park. Walnut Place and Walnut Avenue will be closed to all parking on that day. Also, limited parking will be available there on Wednesday, April 26, and Thursday, April 27.
Parking and Transit Services is offering alternative parking at the Harrison lot, located off Harrison Street on all three days. Additionally, University Garage will be made available; the hours on Wednesday and Thursday are 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Friday from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. Motorists are asked to obey all “No Parking” signs and barrels; this also means no parking in between barrels.
