The Office of Engagement Programs in Hendricks Chapel is hosting a winter coat drive now through Nov. 11. The campuswide initiative encourages students, faculty and staff to donate gently used or new coats, gloves, hats or boots to benefit the Rescue Mission Alliance.

“It is a wonderful opportunity to partner with the Rescue Mission and provide much-needed items to members of our community,” says Syeisha Byrd, director of the Office of Engagement Programs. “Especially given the cold winter months here in Syracuse, we know that these items will be greatly appreciated.”
Donations can be dropped off at the designated Winter Coat Drive boxes located in Hendricks Chapel, Schine Student Center and Goldstein Student Center.
The Office of Engagement Programs serves as a resource for students to engage in the community and support efforts to make a difference in the 鶹Ƶneighborhoods.
