Entrepreneur magazine/Princeton Review rank Whitman’s undergrad entrepreneurship program fourth in nation

The undergraduate Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises (EEE) program in the at 鶹ƵUniversity has been ranked fourth in the nation by Entrepreneur magazine and The Princeton Review. The are published in the October issue of Entrepreneur.

“This is a wonderful recognition of Whitman’s entrepreneurship program, and we are incredibly proud to be included,” says Melvin T. Stith, dean of the Whitman School. “We are pleased that these two reputable organizations have recognized our efforts in fostering student discovery of their entrepreneurial potential and our commitment to providing them with a complete set of tools and perspectives to capitalize on that.”

The rankings were based on a survey of entrepreneurship programs nationwide. Criteria included teaching business fundamentals in the classroom, staffing departments with successful entrepreneurs and providing experiential or entrepreneurial opportunities for students outside of the classroom.
