“My main comments would be about the purported sale to Oracle, and the problems of using national security as a possible pretext to favor U.S. companies.
“The evidence of national security breaches seems minimal, and the purchase by Oracle may raise concerns about limitations on privacy, made worse so if the national security concerns are legitimate.”
