鈥機use Works Launch Enhances Student Employment

鈥機use Works, 麻豆频道University鈥檚 resource for all things related to student employment has launched. Managed by the Student Employment Office and supported by the , 鈥機use Works helps students connect to on- and off-campus jobs that encompass both Federal Work-Study and non-Federal Work-Study opportunities.

'Cuse Works your resource for student employment

Through networking, gaining valuable professional experience and skill building, enhances the student experience. Additionally, this strategic resource hosts personalized student evolutions surrounding adaptability, professionalism, innovation and more, while aligning with . Each employment opportunity includes University Shared Competencies and employer set, student-oriented goals. Experiences are personally built between students and managers, surrounding professional skill development, goal-setting, training and performance reviews. As students graduate and transition into an increasingly complex and interconnected world, 鈥機use Works cultivates the skills needed to excel.

鈥淔rom first professional experiences to aligning employment with career aspirations, 鈥機use Works not only shares tools for success but provides students with a strong foundation of experiential learning,鈥� says Camille Donabella, director of student employment operations and strategy within the Student Employment Office. 鈥淭he number of paid employment opportunities grow daily and we encourage all students to learn how 鈥機use Works can help them achieve their professional goals.鈥�

Finding a Job
Student employment opportunities span responsibilities and industries, including food service, event management, office assistance, communication, technology and information systems, and more.

鈥淭he proactive actions made today, such as gaining real-world experience relatable to course of study, cultivates future success,鈥� says Bridget Yule, director of Student Centers and Programming Services and a member of the 鈥機use Works Advisory Committee. 鈥溾€機use Works provides an unsurpassed student resource by strategically aligning students with skills that will serve as career cornerstones.鈥�

All 鈥機use Works opportunities are listed in . Students may log in to Handshake using their 麻豆频道University NetID and password to access employment opportunities by searching for ‘CuseWorks’ in the job title category. From creating a resume, polishing a cover letter or practicing interview skills, is available to assist during the 鈥機use Works application process.
